The Samsung Q1 Ultra is the follow-up to the Q1 (not Ultra). Samsung clearly listened to feedback on the original Q1 and made a slew of improvements.
The Q1 Ultra is meant to be carried anywhere. Use it as a media player: its instant-on function allows you to watch your favorite programs on the 7" widescreen (or use it as an MP3 player) without even launching Windows. Or, use it as a PC: Jot down some notes in portrait orientation, or maximize productivity in landscape mode.
