The X15 can be customized to meet every user’s specific needs; with an external side panel that can be fitted with a card reader, scanner bay, video recording unit, projector etc. (Note that we only recommend buying the X15 after your desired module has been released, because the notebook return window will not be extended for any reason, including module release delays). The internal memory and mini PCI-E slot allow further customization to meet enterprise requirements.

When can I order?
The X15 is available for preorder now. Simply click on the green PURCHASE button above and then ADD TO CART. Pre-orders are non-binding and can be cancelled at any time before shipment.
When will I get my X15?
The first shipment of the X15 is expected in early-May. Shipments will be fulfilled based on preorder date. We expect early shipments to be in high demand, so if you would like to order, we would suggest doing so at your earliest convenience.

How much are delivery costs to my location?
We ship directly to you from our US office. FedEx Home Delivery within the contiguous United States is about $12 plus insurance. FedEx International Priority delivery to Europe is about €60 plus insurance, and to the UK is about £50.
For other locations or for an accurate quotation, simply begin the checkout process and the shipping charge will appear on screen as soon as you select your region.
Does the quoted pricing include VAT/duties?
For customers outside of the United States only: Prices on our website do NOT include VAT. This charge will be collected by FedEx upon delivery of your parcel. The amount of VAT varies by country.
What is the warranty coverage in my location?
The X15 includes unlimited Dynamism technical support, and one-year manufacturer warranty. All warranty repairs are processed through our US office and do not include the Dynamism Rescue Warranty.
When will my payment be charged?
For credit card payments, we charge a few days before we ship in order to have time to clear up any payment issues prior to having inventory. For PayPal payments, your account will be debited immediately by PayPal.
How can I check the status of my order?
We will send delivery and product updates by email. Once your item has shipped, we will send an e-mail notification with the FedEx tracking details.
Can I add, change, or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by contacting Dynamism customer service. Once an item has been packed or shipped, the order cannot be changed. In most cases, except where otherwise noted, orders can be changed or cancelled prior to shipment with no penalty.
KUPA X15 Technical Questions
Unfortunately, the mPCI-E slot is only accessible by opening the chassis. Due to the potential for internal damage, upgrades of this type by end users are not supported and could potentially void the warranty on the X15.
Is there an internal mic included on the X15?
Yes, the X15 includes an internal mic for use with video or VOIP chat.
Does the 3.5mm audio jack support mic-enabled headsets?
No, the 3.5mm jack is for audio output only.
Can you share some additional information about the digitizer?
The X15 stylus is a battery powered active digitizer based on an electromagnetic approach. When the pen is in use, the finger touches are disabled. There is a detachable side panel to hold the stylus.
Does the device include an internal fan?
Yes, the X15 uses an internal fan to prevent overheating.
Can I use the replaceable accessory battery in the keyboard / dock combo unit?
No, the battery in the dock accessory is not removable, and has a larger capacity than the swappable accessory battery.
Is there a touchpad included on the keyboard / dock accessory unit?
No, there is no mouse or touchpad functionality included on the keyboard accessory.
Does the X15 support WiDi (Intel wireless display protocol)?
No, the X15 does not support this feature.
