Like it’s X-Note/Blade Series brethren, the all-new Z330 features a beautifully crafted aluminum frame housing a thin-bezel display, allowing a larger size LCD to be fitted to a smaller frame. So what would traditionally be a 12” notebook now houses a 13.3” display that gives a minimalist feel with non-minimalist horsepower. LG has defined the Z330 as their “Super Ultrabook”, a package that delivers above and beyond what the nascent label has brought the tech world so far.
Super-Ultra Mobility
The Z330 boasts an extremely lightweight body to maximize mobility. It weighs only 1.21kg (2.67lbs), and with a depth of 14.7mm (0.58in) closed, the Z330 is thinner and lighter than conventional 13-inch notebooks, and even most Ultrabooks on the market today. This combination of stellar thinness and super-light weight means it can be easily thrown in a bag and go unnoticed until you need it most.
Highlighting this mobility is LG’s flagship design feature: a thin-bezel display. At only 11mm on the left and right sides, and 16.9mm on top, the bezel is one of the thinnest for notebooks in this class. This allows for the space-saving of a smaller overall footprint that doesn’t sacrifice on visual comfort.
Super Material, Sturdy Exterior
Designed with a metallic case, the Z330 offers a more durable alternative to other slim-style notebooks and Ultrabooks. The metal casing results in a stronger exterior, ensuring extreme protection despite its ultra-slim depth. With a brushed aluminum finish and diamond cutting, a technology that uses real diamonds to cut the edge of the case, LG’s X-Note notebooks have a smooth, high quality cover with a refined and luxurious look.

Thanks to the second generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor, the Z330 boasts outstanding performance. Intel’s new dual-core processor is 20 percent faster than the previous generation Intel® Core i7 processor. Integrated Intel HD Graphics let you stream and watch HD content with ease, and the integrated webcam along with SRS Surround Sound allow for a theatrical experience from the board room to a boring flight.
Intelligent Refinements
Alongside mobility, LG has included a variety of features designed to make your computing experience a less “thinking” process and a more “doing” process. A set of hotkeys provide immediately functionality such as Search, Desktop view, or even turn the LCD on/off if you want to conserve battery while listening to your music collection on the speedy 120GB SSD. A dormant charge enabled USB 3.0 port lets you charge your phone or tablet even with the notebook off, and a microSD Card Slot lets you manage and swap your files between them quickly and easily.
