Rize One combines strength, speed, safety and security resulting in affordable and sustainable production. Through use of their patented Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) process, extrusion and material jetting are combined to produce incredibly strong parts that require almost no post-processing. Parts can also be labeled with detailed text and images during the printing process using Marking Ink.

Product Overview
Rize One 3D printer
High strength, engineering-grade parts with minimal post-processing.
Businesses need to produce usable parts faster than ever to stay competitive, but post-processing adds additional hours and costs to the 3D printing process. Rize One eliminates the hassles that frustrate users, keeping focus on the creativity and function that are essential to innovation and production.
Gone are the messy and toxic post-processing materials, special hookups and space required for post-processing devices, and most importantly the hours of expensive labor required to deal with all of it.
Now industrial-grade parts can be produced on demand, in the lab or office, allowing users to:
Improve designs
Increase production accuracy
Reduce defects during manufacturing
Lower costs
Streamline operations
Customize tooling, jigs and fixtures
Speed time to market
Simplified part setup
Making CAD files 3D printable can be tedious, time consuming and difficult. Rize slicing software can automatically identify and repair problems in an imported 3D file, such as incomplete surfaces or mismatching surface boundaries, allowing for quick printing even with imperfect files.
You can't put an ROI on safety
The Rize One is office-safe. It does not emit harmful particles or compounds, and doesn't require chemical post processing. There are no special facility or disposal requirements for the system or its prints. All materials used in the printing process may be recycled and the system is small enough to fit in a lab or office.
Produces parts up to 2X stronger than similar systems
Rize's engineering-grade thermoplastic, Rizium™ One, in combination with the Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) process delivers isotropic parts stronger in the Z-axis than polycarbonate (PC), carbon fiber- and nylon-reinforced parts and twice as strong as ABSplus.
Parts made with Rizium™ One do not absorb water, have a high HDT, and can be sterilized using liquid chemical sterilization. They also possess high chemical resistance, including resistance to alcohol, acetone and acid.
Through the integration of thermoplastic extrusion and jetting functional inks, Rize One is able to create an interface layer between supports and parts with its Inkjet release agent, Release One.
This drastically reduces time-consuming support removal by weakening the bond between specific layers at the voxel level, and in turn helps to improve production timelines. Parts can easily be peeled from supports shortly after printing, leaving a clean surface at the support contact points.
Built-in security
Files uploaded onto the Rize One system are securely encrypted. Additionally, parts can be labeled on a designated surface with text or images using Marking Ink.
This opens up the possibility of printing secure information onto a functional part, such as with a QR code, which can be scanned and instantly display the corresponding digital information online. Secure digital rights management capabilities ensure traceability, compliance, and authenticity of printed parts.
