Approved orders shipping via FedEx Saturday Delivery, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2Day, or Express Saver services ship same day if ordered by 3pm EST. All other shipping methods are shipped within 1 business day. Note that approval/billing issues may delay shipping. Dynamism is not responsible for these delays.

Shipping address authorization
If you are making a payment by credit card and shipping to an address that is different from the billing address, we kindly request you call the customer service number on the back of the card to authorize the shipping address. This helps protect against fraudulent credit card use. Failure to take this step will lead to processing delays.

You can return most* merchandise for credit or refund within thirty days of item delivery. (*Products with special return terms are always clearly noted in the product listing.) Items may not be returned after thirty (30) days past their delivered date. All returns require a return authorization (“RA”) issued in advance by Dynamism. Any shipment Dynamism receives without an “RA” is shipped back at the sender’s expense.
All non-defective items returned for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and all shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.
Items demonstrating a defect within 30 days of delivery can be returned for full credit or refund of the purchase price, without any restocking fee. In those cases, Dynamism will issue a prepaid return shipping label (US returns only). Please note that items can be deemed defective only by the Dynamism technical support team, or by the original manufacturer of the product. Items returned as “defective”, which are found to be not defective, will be subject to a restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns must include all original equipment, accessories, manuals, cables, and documents; missing accessory will be replaced at a fee. Printers that have been modified, damaged due to misuse or neglect, or have otherwise been subject to actions or conditions which would void the manufacturer’s warranty are not eligible for return.
Most manufacturers require that the printer be shipped in its original packaging for any warranty service; this is especially true for 3D printers, which have packaging designed specifically for safe shipping. We strongly advise customers to retain original packaging for the duration of their printer’s warranty period.
Please note that equipment requiring professional installation is not included in the terms of this return policy; contact your account representative for details.
Dynamism Customer Success
Dynamism wants our customers to be happy with their printers, including helping customers be successful after their purchase. We encourage prospective buyers to speak with our sales and support teams to discuss their needs, applications, budgets, and timelines in advance - our experts can take the guesswork out of choosing the best printer. But, sometimes there’s no substitute for a hands-on experience. If you decide that the printer you bought from Dynamism isn’t the right one for you, you can switch to another printer, with no restocking fee.
If you’d like to switch, just contact our team and we’ll set up a return for your printer. After we receive and evaluate your printer, we’ll issue a full store credit.
(Please note the fine print: the credit must be used toward a new printer; shipping fees are non-refundable; this offer is limited to one swap per purchase; printers returned in unsatisfactory condition, or that are missing parts or accessories, will not qualify for this program.)
Please note that Dynamism will act as USPPI / exporter on international shipments only. Customers requesting delivery to US-based freight forwarders, brokers etc will need to make their own arrangements for export and customs paperwork.
