Enhanced High-Temperature Reliability

A new high-performance fan, integrated into the toolhead front cover, efficiently cools the extruder and hotend heatsink. Intelligent temperature management reduces the risk of clogging and filament jamming in demanding environments, allowing a 3 °C increase in the printer’s recommended operating temperature.

With a 65 °C active chamber heater and adaptive air circulation, the H2D Pro optimizes internal temperatures for each filament type. Active airflow flaps prevent low-temp clogs, reduce high-temp warping, enhance layer bonding, and maximize material performance.
