Using MEX-type 3D printers followed by debinding and sintering, users can produce high-precision metal or ceramic parts.
After 3D printing, only heat treatment in a furnace is required - no acid treatment is needed.
By supplying powdered metal or ceramic materials, Dai-ichi Ceramo Co. can research, develop, and manufacture custom filaments. (This service is available in select regions only.)
CeraFila SUS316L is compatible with MEX-type 3D printers and requires heat treatment in a furnace. It is not compatible with UltiMaker's Material Station. A spool holder with bearings is recommended for smoother extrusion.
