  • 4. Does H2D Pro support laser and blade-cutting functions?

    The H2D Pro comes standard with a non-laser version and does not include the laser module or blade cutting module. However, it supports upgrades for laser modules and blade-cutting modules. If you need to upgrade the H2D Pro to the laser version, you can refer to the H2D method for upgrading.

  • 5. Can the H2D be upgraded with the H2D Pro’s Toolhead Enhanced Cooling Fan and Tungsten Carbide Nozzle?

    Yes. The H2D is fully compatible with the Toolhead Enhanced Cooling Fan and Tungsten Carbide Nozzle from the H2D Pro. After the necessary firmware updates and production rollout, both accessories are expected to be available in the official store in Q4 2025.

  • 6. Does H2D Pro support 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi??

    H2D Pro supports 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi.

  • 7. What is the network speed when H2D Pro is connected via wired network?

    Specification: 100 Mbps network card.

  • 8. What are the product specifications of the network cable? Is it a universal network cable?

    The wired network supports the 100BASE-TX standard. It is recommended to use network cables of CAT5 or higher specifications (i.e., universal 100Mbps cables).

  • 9. What is the maximum chamber temperature of H2D Pro?

    65 ℃

  • 10. What types of filament can H2D Pro print?

  • 11. Are the left and right hotends exactly the same?

    Yes, the left and right hotends have identical structures and materials, and can be used interchangeably.

  • 12. Can I use the hotend from H2D or A1 series on H2D Pro? Conversely, can the hotend from H2D Pro be used on H2D and A1 series printers?

    You can use the hotend from H2D on H2D Pro, but you cannot use the A1 series hotend. 


    The hotend from H2D Pro can be used on H2D and A1 printers; for the A1 printer, you will also need to use the silicone sock from H2D Pro.

  • 13. Is H2D Pro compatible with first-generation AMS?

    The first-generation AMS has been confirmed to have full plug-and-play compatibility and can be used with the H2D Pro for multi-color printing. It does not support the AMS drying function.



    Due to the fundamental differences in the feeding mechanism and buffering structure, the H2D Pro does not support the AMS lite.

  • 14. What is the maximum number of AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT units that the H2D Pro supports? How many colors can it print at most?

    The H2D Pro supports a maximum of 4 AMS 2 Pro and 8 AMS HT connected simultaneously, a total of 12 units with 24 slots.

    Because H2D Pro is a dual-hotend printer, and in the most extreme scenario, all AMS can be connected to one hotend while the other hotend uses an external spool holder, it can support up to 25 colors.

  • 15. Is a USB included as standard? What functions are affected without a USB? What are the specifications for the USB drive?

    The package does not include a standard USB flash drive. You can still initiate printing normally without a USB, as the printer has built-in storage space to run print files.


    However, without a USB inserted, the following functions will be affected:


    1. The recording and time-lapse photography functions can't be turned on;

    2. Printing cannot be initiated through the LAN;

    3. Print files cannot be sent to the machine for storage through Bambu Studio;

    4. Log files cannot be exported.


    USB requirements: USB2.0 protocol or above (actual minimum write speed needs to be greater than 10M/s), supported file formats are FAT32 and exFAT. And the printer only supports mounting one USB, and cannot connect multiple USBs via a USB hub.
