The UltiMaker UltiMaker Print Core AA+ 0.40mm delivers outstanding extrusion speeds, achieving flow rates of up to 35 mm³ per second. Its expanded melt zone surface area enhances material melting and deposition, enabling high-speed, high-strength printing while maintaining exceptional quality.

UltiMaker print cores feature a quick-swap design and EEPROM chip. The print core HT 0.6 is ideal for printing temperature-resistant and durable materials at temperatures up to 340 °C.

UltiMaker Print Core CC 0.4mm, for use with abrasive materials.

Please Note: Abrasive material printing compatible with UltiMaker S-line only.

With the print core CC 0.4, you can print composite applications with the same high visual quality as you are used to, providing better printing of small features and thinner line widths to achieve high quality details and a smooth surface finish. Not recommended for filament with high amounts of chopped carbon fiber, as this may result in clogging.

UltiMaker Print Core CC 0.6mm, for use with abrasive materials.

The print core CC 0.6 is ideal for printing composite applications that don't require a high level of detail. As this print core can print at thicker line widths, you will be benefit from a shorter print time, allowing you to have the end result faster.
