Dynamism Warranty, Replacement, and Repair Policy

As an authorized reseller of Bambu Lab, Dynamism provides warranty, replacement, and repair services in accordance with Bambu Lab’s official policies, with the following clarifications for purchases made through Dynamism.

Warranty

Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage is available for Bambu Lab products purchased directly from Dynamism, provided you retain your proof of purchase (Dynamism-issued receipt or invoice)

The standard warranty period is :

  • 1 year for consumers in USA
  • Some components and accessories have a limited 3-month warranty; consumables are generally not covered except for manufacturing defects

Warranty claims require:

  • Proof of purchase from Dynamism
  • Description and evidence of the issue (photos, videos, logs)

Warranty Process

  • All warranty returns, refunds, and replacements are processed after the original product is received and inspected at Dynamism’s designated location.
  • Original packaging or Bambu Lab-approved packaging must be used for returns; improper packaging may void the warranty or result in charges
  • If a returned product is found to have no defect, shipping fees may be deducted from any refund.

*The following policy terms will not affect any other rights you are entitled to under the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction.

If the product is purchased on a 3rd party website or via other purchasing channels such as a retail purchaser (Resellers), you shall follow their individual return and replacement policies.

Exclusions and Limitations

Warranty service will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Claims made beyond the allowed return/replacement window (typically 14 days for returns, 30 days for replacements, depending on the issue).
  • Missing or damaged accessories, or evidence of user-caused damage (e.g., drops, water damage, incorrect voltage).
  • Lack of valid proof of purchase from Dynamism 
  • Consumable items are not covered except in cases of manufacturing defects, and only if the main product is still under warranty.

Warranty Periods

The general warranty period starts from the date of receiving the product from the original customer.

The warranty period for Return & Refund Service, Replacement Service and Repair Service may vary with regards to your product, the part experiencing issues, or the country of purchase.

Standard Warranty Period- 1 year

  • All series of Bambu Lab printers
  • AMS/AMS lite/AMS 2 Pro/AMS HT
  • Laser Module 10W/Laser Module 40W
  • Cutting Module

Limited Warranty Period - 3 Months

  • Some products and components have a limited warranty period of 3 months:
  • (Dual) Extruder Unit(excluding the Extruder Gear Assembly, Dual Extruder Gear Assembly, and the Extruder Filament Sensor)
  • Air Assist Tube Coupler
  • AMS/AMS lite Feeder Unit(excluding the AMS Feeding Funnel Unit/AMS lite Filament Funnel Unit)
  • AMS lite Rotary Spool Holder(excluding the AMS lite Spool Claw)
  • Micro SD Card (32 GB)
  • Maker's Supply (including Hardware Kits, Maker's Supply Models, MakerLab Accessories, Maker Combo Kits, Hardware Parts, Electronics, Tools&Others)

We are happy to provide you with warranty service on these parts within the first 3 months of receiving the product.

Consumable parts with no warranty

“Consumables” are defined herein as disposable items, parts, or components of the product which are inherently subject to deterioration and wear out during the normal operation of the product. Consumable parts include but are not limited to:

  • Complete Bambu Hotend and all its individual parts (Nozzle, Hotend Heating Assembly, Cooling Fan for Hotend, Ceramic Heater, Thermistor and Silicone Sock for Hotend)
  • Extruder Gear Assembly
  • Build plates, Spare sheets for build plates, Glue Stick for Build Plate/Liquid Glue for Build Plate
  • PTFE Tube and PTFE Tube Connector
  • AMS Active Support Shaft Assembly, AMS Driven Support Shaft Assembly, AMS Feeder Funnel Unit, AMS lite Filament Funnel Unit, AMS lite Spool Claw
  • Filament Cutter Lever, Bambu Scraper, Filament Wipers, Bambu Activated Carbon Air Filter, Desiccant for AMS, Air Filter, Air Pump Filter, Smoke Purifier Air Filter, Nozzle Blocker, Bambu Filament
  • Bambu Material, 45° Fine-point Blade, Laser Platform and Cutting Platform, etc

These items don't have a warranty period, but we are happy to replace any of these items that fail due to manufacturing defects as long as the printer itself is in the warranty period. The decision of replacement for these items will be at Dynamism discretion and the decision will be final.

Limited warranty when using Laser Modules

To maintain warranty coverage, users must clean the laser module and surrounding components after each use. Smoke, soot, and debris can accumulate, affecting performance and potentially causing overheating, deposits, or permanent discoloration. 

The printer used with the laser modules must also be properly maintained, including regular cleaning of ventilation systems and exhaust components. Failure to follow these maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.

Exposure to smoke and heat during engraving may cause cosmetic changes, such as discoloration or residue buildup. These changes do not affect functionality and are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover damage from improper cleaning, neglect, inadequate ventilation, or excessive smoke buildup.

Safety Precautions

Before using the Bambu Lab H2D and Laser Module, carefully read the Quick Start Guide, Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines. Understanding these documents is essential for safe operation, including laser safety, chemical handling, fire precautions, and electrical safety. Failure to follow these documents may result in improper use and potential hazards.

When using the Bambu Lab H2D and Laser Module, users must adhere to the H2D Regular cleaning and maintenance recommendations to clean and maintain the laser module and printer components. Failure to perform timely maintenance may result in device damage and potential safety risks. For more safety guidelines, please refer to the Laser Safety Document.

For fire safety, any user-installed fire suppression system must use only certified pure carbon dioxide (CO₂) extinguishers within their valid service period. The use of dry powder, foam, water-based, or other extinguishers that may leave corrosive residues or cause electrical damage is strictly prohibited. Any indirect damage, such as internal component corrosion or degradation of the laser module due to non-CO₂ extinguishers or improper handling, is not covered under this product's warranty.

Replacement

Replacement Policy

Dynamism will provide replacement service for Bambu Lab products in the following cases, within 30 calendar days of receipt:

  • The product is substantially damaged in transit (with carrier-issued proof)
  • The wrong product was received
  • The product has a critical failure or manufacturing defect

Replacement Process and Terms

  • Replacement requests must be submitted to Dynamism within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The warranty period for a replacement product starts from the date you receive the replacement
  • All replaced products must be returned in original packaging; improper packing may void the warranty or incur charges.
  • Related fees must be paid before new items are shipped.
  • Once a replacement is approved, you must ship the product back within 14 calendar days, or you forfeit the right to replacement.
  • Advanced Replacement: Dynamism may offer advanced replacement, requiring a temporary deposit equal to the product’s value. The deposit is refunded after the original unit is returned within 30 days.

* If you return a product based on a reported issue, the product will be inspected before the refund is processed. If the returned product is confirmed to have no such issue as reported after all appropriate tests are conducted by Dynamism , Dynamism will charge the shipping fee for each returned item.

  • The shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Shipped goods have to be returned to our warehouses/designated places before we proceed with the refund.
  • We will deduct related costs for any missing parts, such as accessories, cables, or filaments, from the total refund amount.
  • You should bear all the shipping charges caused if you request to return a non-defective item such as a clogged hotend/extruder, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Exclusions

  • Replacement requests submitted after 30 days of receipt
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories, or not in like-new condition
  • User-caused damage (e.g., drops, water, incorrect voltage)
  • No proof of purchase or suspected tampering
  • No proof of shipping damage or late reporting of such damage (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

Repair

Repair Policy

Dynamism will facilitate repair services for Bambu Lab products under warranty in the following situations:

  • The product is used normally and fails due to non-customer-induced damage or manufacturing error.
  • The product has functional failures due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Repair Process and Terms

  • Contact Dynamism support with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • If repair is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product.
  • The warranty period is “paused” during the repair process and resumes once the product is returned to you.
  • If a replacement part is provided, the original warranty period applies (it does not reset).
  • DIY installation of free replacement parts may be permitted after confirmation from Dynamism/Bambu Lab.

Exclusions

  • Damage from transit not reported or certified by the carrier
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or operation outside intended use
  • Modifications without written permission from Bambu Lab
  • Tampered product labels or serial numbers
  • Lack of proof of purchase or suspected forgery
  • Damage from failure to perform required maintenance
  • Use of unofficial firmware or third-party accessories causing damage
  • The damage is caused by improper installation or operation of the device in violation of official documentation published by Bambu Lab, including but not limited to user manuals, operational instructions, product interface warnings etc.

Additional Consideration

  • All returns, replacements, and repairs must be coordinated through Dynamism support.
  • Failure to submit requests within the stated periods may result in forfeiture of your rights, unless extraordinary circumstances are proven.
  • Cross-regional service is not supported; repairs must be processed in the original region of purchase.
  • If a product is found non-defective after inspection, you may be responsible for shipping costs if you want it returned.
  • In case we have provided a replacement part, the warranty does not reset, and the original warranty period still applies.
  • If the product is damaged due to the use of third-party accessories, or if the third-party accessories are damaged due to the product, the damaged parts of the product and the third-party accessories will not be covered by the warranty. Damages caused by the use of unofficial firmware and/or modifying/updating firmware with unofficial tools or methods are also not covered under the warranty terms.
  • The entire range of Bambu Lab's printers has strict regional usage restrictions. Please purchase the corresponding version of the product according to your country or region before making a purchase. Otherwise, it may result in the inability to bind the account and the inability to use features such as cloud printing, remote control printing outside the local network, and remote video surveillance outside the local network that are associated with the account.
  • If the device exhibits hazards including smoke, abnormal noises, or part detachment, immediately power off and contact Bambu Lab/ Dyanamism Customer Support. Failure to do so will void warranty coverage for resultant damages or losses.

Local Consumer Protection

The above warranty terms do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local regulations provide for a longer warranty period, Dynamism will honor the longer period

Policy Updates

Dynamism reserves the right to update this warranty policy in line with changes from Bambu Lab and will notify customers of any significant updates.

Amendment

This policy reframes Bambu Lab’s official warranty from the reseller’s perspective and is subject to change in accordance with Bambu Lab’s terms and local legal requirements.

We reserve the right to modify this policy to reflect updates or changes at any time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to generally notify you of any change to this warranty statement at least 14 days before the effective date of the new version, such as through publishing the new version on the websites. However, you should read this policy regularly to check for such changes. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, which reflects the effective date of such policy. Your continued access or use of the services or products after the date of this policy constitutes your acceptance of the new policy. If you do not agree with the new policy, you must stop accessing or using services or products.

Dynamism reserves the final right of interpretation for the above warranty statement.
